Chapter 1.1 Benefit Issues: Revised / Rewritten

SECTION 2 Blue Pages Insert: welfare reforms (2013) commentary and updated current rates (01/04/13). Separate rates updates for chapters 2.5 (NZ Superannuation) and 2.7 (Unemployment Benefit).

Chapter 3.1 Supplementary Assistance: partial chapter revision (including appendix).

Chapter 4.1 Accident Compensation: Revised / Rewritten

Chapter 7.2 Disputes Tribunal: Realigned (from 7.4). Chapter 7.3 Access to Official Information and the Ombudsman: merger of previous chapters 7.3 and 8.3.

Chapter 10.2 Victims Rights: Realigned (from 10.4).
